A congregation of 1,000 attended a Requiem Mass offered in the presence of Cardinal Spellman in St. Patrick's Cathedral, New York, on the 10th anniversary of the death of Ignace Jan Paderewski, the famous pianist who became first President of Poland after the first World War.
