Reports from Budapest say that the authorities there have decided to pull down a statue of Our Lady to improve traffic in Budapest, says the Catholic news agency. AR!. in Rome.

The statue was erected in the 18th century to commemorate the end of a plague in Budapest, The municipal authorities have already removed an 18th-century chapel.
