THE CA'l MEW Institute for International Relations (CHR) is holding a seminar on European responses to the international drugs trade, "Conflict and Consensus", on Monday 23 February at Church House Conference Centre, Deans Yard, Westminster. "The so-called 'War on Drugs' has not only failed to curb the flow of illicit substances, but also created a climate in which alternatives to the current hardline policies are simply not being allowed to succeed," said CIIR's Ken Bluestone.
