A new drama from the makers of Life on Mars, Spooks and Hustle traces the lives of three British soldiers from the invasion of Iraq to the present day. Set in Basra, it explores the stories of three friends from the same regiment who went to war for different reasons, be it money, love or political idealism.
Set against the civil war in Iraq it shows how men who went to war together fell out – a bit like the various major players in that conflict. Ed West
