Church Moves On Walsingham

The Canons Regular held their annual pilgrimage to Walsingham on the customary day, June 30, when Fr. Bede Coulthard, C.R.L., of Stroud Green, travelled to Walsingham by road along with two parishioners, making the pilgrimage in the name of all the Canon Regular parishes in this country. After making the usual offering from Stroud Green of a massive 6ft. candle, the pilgrim priest gave Benediction in the Slipper Chapel in the presence of his companions and of the Rev. B. Scott-James, custodian of the Shrine.

BRADFORD.—Run on Sunday, July 14, is to Brimham Rocks, meeting at the G.P.O. at 9 am.

Garston

The new f10.000 church at Garston. Liverpool, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, will be solemnly blessed and opened by Dr. Downey, Archbishop of Liverpool, on Sunday. 1-k will preside at High Mass celebrated by the Rev. H. V. Moffatt, parish priest, at 11 a.m., and will preach during the evening service at 6.30.

Erected in the simple Gothic design, the church will provide accommodation for

Seven hundred people. Pending the erection of the church a school chapel has been used for services since the formation of the parish fourteen years ago.
