Bishop will lead 1,200 scouts

Forty priests, 200 Scoutmasters and rovers and about 1,000 boys will leave England on Sunday for Rome under the leadership of Mgr. Halsall, Auxiliary Bishop of Liverpool.

They will spend five days in Rome and 10 days in Switzerland at the International Scout Chalet at Kandersteg.
