FOLLOWING THE POPE Srm—What practical programme can be offered to

the Faithful whereby they may withhold support From those governmental policies which, in effect, repudiate Papal Peace Principles? In all the praise which I have heard and read about the Holy Father's Plans for Petite, there was no advice as to effective peace activity by the people in support of Christ's Vicar. Prayer is not a substitute for action, but rather a necessary condition for God's blessing on action. May not prayer without proportionate practical activity be a temptation of God?
